I want to make a booking but don't want to count the garments is this possible

Yes when placing a booking you can select "submit blank order" and we'll count the garments and apply the chrages to the account.
Why is the order price an estimate?

All the prices are an estimate as we have to first see the garment
Can I cancel an order I placed?

Yes if you log in to the booking system and click on the order you placed there should be an option on the bottm to cancel the order.
